Your e-poster should include:

  1. Recent passport-size photo of the author (top-right corner of the poster)
  2. Title
  3. Author(s) and affiliation(s)
  4. Introduction / Background

  7. Results
  8. Conclusion
  9. Acknowledgements and funding (if applicable)
  10. Corresponding author’s email

💡 Design Recommendations

  • Use clear, legible fonts (minimum 20 pt for body text).
  • Keep text concise and use figures, tables, and graphics where appropriate.
  • Ensure all images and graphs are of high quality and clearly labelled.

🚀 Submission of e-Poster

Please submit your e-poster via the conference submission portal no later than 15 November 2026.

Postgraduate students chosen for the Young Researcher Symposium (YRS) will be nominated by their respective institutions and contacted personally by the Scientific Committee.
